Violeta Ayala is the first Quechua filmmaker to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, as well as a polymath and creative technologist. She works across film, AI, XR, AR, and Indigenous futurism, building new forms of cinema through systems, story, and decolonial approaches to technology.
